Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Refunds or exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
• Due to hygiene reasons, worn or washed clothing cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is defective.
